The amount may be slightly higher or lower based on what the package actually weighs. We weigh the package just before charging your credit card and make adjustments accordingly.




What is drop-shipping and how much does it cost??

Drop-shipping is a service we provide where we will use your name and address on the return label so that your customers do not know your supplier. Invoices and paperwork will not be included in the box with jewelry, but will be mailed separately to whatever billing address you provide us. There is an extra charge of $2.50 added to your Shipping charge for this service. This price may vary, or increase in the future.

Do you substitute if an item I've ordered is out of stock?

No, " we do not do substitutions." If we run out of an item you won't be sent a substitute nor charged for the out of stock item. The invoice will be amended to show the item as B/O Back Ordered or Sold Out. If it is back ordered, we will pay all the shipping charges, when we ship it to you. Back orders can be for 1 day to 6 weeks, depending on the time of the year, the demand for the item, where it is being imported from or manufactured, & how difficult it is to get the materials & parts.
